1. Service Description

Xentinel is an AI-powered IT management platform operated by Power Up Boston. The platform provides automated monitoring, diagnostics, remediation, ticketing, billing, and reporting services for managed IT environments.

2. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Administrative users are responsible for managing access for their team members and clients.

3. Automated Actions

Xentinel may perform automated diagnostic and remediation actions on managed devices based on configured policies. These actions are logged and auditable. Users may enable or disable automated actions per device through the platform settings.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

5. Limitation of Liability

Xentinel and Power Up Boston are not liable for damages arising from automated actions taken on managed devices, service interruptions, or data loss. Users should maintain independent backups of critical systems.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked and data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
